I have been in expensive hotels in Sydney (for work) and had worse service than every single interaction I had with everyone at Precision Autowerk. Not only was the service unbelievably good, my BMW has been returned to me in a much better condition than it was before it was damaged even. Perhaps I would have preferred they didn't include all the photos of my car in bits, showing me how the sausage was made, so to speak. On the other hand, it's completely obvious from them the care they have taken even when I wasn't there. When I picked up my car tonight the person that handed me the keys said he hopes I don't have to visit them again soon. But really, I have the confidence that Precision Autowerk will do a great job and I have nothing to worry about if I have to make another trip. 5 internet stars from me

Repaired my bumper. They communicated well about timings and reminded me in advance of when I had to drop in the vehicle. I particularly was delighted by how clean the car was after they had finished. Will go back here

Communication and quality has really gone downhill in the last year in my experience. This is really unfortunate as I always found Precision excellent to deal with until the last two repairs I’ve had done, where parts have been missed or left off the vehicle altogether. Not ideal guys! Would love to see you step it back up to where you were at before

After previously having work done I thought i would go back as they had done such a great job but upon presenting my car today for a quote I was totally shocked at the rude and what appeared to be a totally in uninterested attitude at reception a totally disappointing experience and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Precision Autowerk has always gone the extra mile for me and my cars. After picking one of my cars from having the door replaced, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the guys had taken the liberty of also pulling out a small car park dent on the rear quarter, even though it wasn’t part of the damage they were fixing in the original job. There was no extra charge for this and I thought this was a really nice touch and a great example of how awesome Precision are to work with. Thanks again guys for the A+ service guys. - Jasper

A disappointing waste of my time. After following my insurance instructions these guys don't work on nissans. Shame really as I was looking forward to having my car fixed. But we don't work on that brand.
