Very good service, efficient and high quality repair!

Brought my car in when it required some significant panel beating work. Incredibly professional and polite service throughout the entire process, and when I picked up my car (without delay) it had been cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend Precision Autowerk.

I became a quite regular customer, not my fault of course. The service, staff and quality of workmanship is to perfection.

Very happy with the service. The communication was good, my repair was done immediately after level 4 - they managed it all well and in time. There was one thing left over after I picked up my car, hard to spot and only apparent at motorway speeds. They dealt with it quickly and professionally, so credit to them for how well the managed the minor error, and for me it raised the experience.

Had such a smooth experience dealing with Precision team. They made it super easy to book the vehicle and pick it up on the committed time. Vehicle was groomed inside out. Parts were delayed for quite a bit but it was out of their control due to manufacturer being too slow to ship the parts. It would be great if Precision can regularly update customers on the delays so that customers can be reassured that repairs will take place eventually and manufacturers are being chased for parts.
